Absolutely disgusting! Sleep in your car before staying here. I promise you will regret waking into the door. The ONLY positive, a friendly staff. The carpets were stained and smelled. The hallway to rooms looked like a prison, you could hear the tv inside other rooms. Inside our room, the bathroom had what looked like black mold. The carpets were absolutely NASTY and stained. In the bathroom, the toilet seat literally was falling off! And the toilet paper holder was falling out of the vanity. Chunks of plaster was falling on the floor and inside the tub. When I complained to the ft desk, the employees actually thanked me for my input. They claimed, the owners nor corporate ever does anything about any the major issues this property constantly has. By the lack of responses received to any complaint, I completely believe the staffs statements. Shame on the owners and corporate. You are a disgrace to the hospitality industry! This place should be condemned. I hope the health department fines and shuts you down. And yes, I complained to them too.
Gross Gross Gross! Do not waste your money or time! Price was decent, locations was great. But it was filthy! The hallways were dirty but we figured it was due to old age and being a high traffic area. We were wrong. The rooms was filthy. The floors were pretty gross and you could tell they had not been vacuumed. The walls had sauce on them and had not been wiped down in a while. The restroom was not any better. Dirty walls, dirty shower hair on the wall. The sheets also looked like they had not been changed. It was just gross. They need better housekeeping whoever is in charge of cleaning isn’t doing much cleaning and do not care at all. The check in staff were great and friendly. The lady who was there for check out was rude.
We want our night back! Terrible experience on a quick family stop! The place is absolutely disgusting. Floors were dirty, black mold in the bathroom and it just was overall nasty. You can hear the neighbors peeing through the thin walls. People seem to LIVE there and just act in total disregard for others. This couple on the floor above us kept slamming doors and went into a full blown heated screaming match at 2am. It was horrible and if we could get our night back, that’s the only thing that would make it better. When checking out, this methhead came over to the entrance, loitering, and started patrolling the area. DO NOT STAY HERE! Rooms: Disgustingly dirty and stinky. Housekeeping does a very poor job. Safety: Questionable. Although nothing was stolen from our vehicle, parking was full of weird people of questionable character.
t once may have been nice. But now, it's too run down. Not sure how it got such a high rating, I'd put it at 1.5 and on par with an old Motel 6. It's a very big place with convention rooms. But it feels old. The Not So Good: Room had peeling wallpaper with moldy looking stuff behind it. The wall under the window was water damaged. Carpet was stained. Chair was "peeling". Room appeared to be missing a couch or sitting chair, there was just a big empty space with a marked up wall. Microwave door was broken, never got the TV to work beyond the screen "no input device". Light fixtures need to be replaced, and wall sockets are scary loose and rickety. The bathroom had something that looked like spilled coffee on the floor, although otherwise it was decent. The window screens were broken. Checkin had about a 15 minute line. This seemed to be that they were understaffed and were bogged down by customer requests and complaints. Electronic doors sometimes worked, but always required many attempts and gyrations. Parts of hotel were taped off, as a car apparently crashed through an entrace reported by other reviewers, so neighborhood is not great. The Good: Cheap price. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Indoor pool looked nice - kids were playing in it. That's possibly the only reason to stay, given current room conditions. Big windows looked out over decent green space, and they opened. Room was relatively large and quiet for sleeping. Hot Breakfast was lower quality, but plentiful. I would not stay here again. Some of that is disappointment with the 3.5 star review. The rooms are not any where near as nice as the pictures, maybe they were taken a decade or two ago and the maintenance staff was reduced. Molding and peeling wallpaper, along with big water damaged windows just makes it feel run down and unhealthy.
Reasonably priced with comfortably appointed rooms. During my two stays, I experienced both the double bed room and splurged on the king room. The initial double bed room had some noticeable cleanliness issues with floor staining and restroom tile, but it was passable. However, the king room was exceptional – pristine sheets, spotless restroom, and the added bonus of a living room and kitchenette. Opting for the king room is highly recommended for a longer stay or those seeking a cleaner environment. The staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and willingness to accommodate requests, including early check-in and assistance with door-related issues. Overall, this hotel is a good value for a short stay, particularly if you choose the king room, which comes with ample amenities. A solid 4-star experience.
While Wyndham is not known for upscale properties, they should be ashamed to be aligned with this property. First, the place is a maze. Took 15 minutes to find my room. The entire property is dated and in serious need of a complete renovation. The chair in my room is so worn it should have probably been replaced 15 years ago. The same can be said about the carpet. The room is very dark and not aided by the fact that one of the lamps doesn't work at all. The bed was fairly comfortable but the worst thing is that when I went to take a shower, the hot water took forever to arrive and then it was only luke warm and went cold before I was finished. There is no breakfast or onsite restaurant. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in at least 40 years. Stay clear of this place!
I recently used the Embassy Ballroom at this venue to host a celebration of life. The space was perfect for my event. The room was set up by the facility exactly as requested. The staff provided exceptional service before, during and after. I highly recommend to anyone in need of a space for an event. Special thanks to saleswoman Victoria and Juan the banquet manager for helping make my event a success.
We had a two-night stay in a suit. In the first room we originally got, the sheets didn’t fit the bed, the Window was broken, the Shower curtain was hanging on by one screw on each side, Air conditioner falling off the wall. The following suite we got because that was deplorable; the TV in the bedroom did not work, we found a dirty diaper in the bedroom, and the kitchen sink did not work. Oh, you can’t bring continental to your room, you’ll get a charge. First time for everything .
Overall I'm satisfied. Price was around $55 after tax a night during weekend. The carpet and walls are old showing its age. Bed was decent and shower was blazing hot. I had a ground floor room. It had slider door to access outside for smoking which is very convenient as some other rooms had no porch or balcony. The breakfast wasn't to bad its powder eggs type buffet breakfast.
Don't waste your money! Though the staff were pleasant, the room was filthy! Kept my socks on the whole time! I made sure our bags weren't left on the floor. The TV's picture blacked out after about an hour on and only had sound thereafter, the front desk said they were having problems with Dish and nothing they could do about it our side chair to set in was so filthy the arm rests were black! At least the sheets were cleaned and we had no bed bugs. The location was good for us, price good, but the RATING listed, I feel was WRONG 3, really??? It should have a rating of 1! I won't be staying at any Wyndham hotels again. Please think twice before you book there.
