This place smells like an air freshener bomb went off
The hotel itself was fine. The room left some things to be desired. The curtain covering the window had holes, the bathroom outlet was destroyed but luckily the light still worked and the window opened out onto the roof that had a bunch of trash on it. The beds we're fine and the AC worked great. When I got into the room my TV wasn't working, I called the front desk and they were kind of rude. They told me the power button was below the TV, turns out the TV want even plugged in.
This place isn't even a two stars hotel. It's falling apart. It should be shut down and remodelled. The rooms are dark and dated. Creepy people around. I had to change room ones because the door frame was broken. Two of my colleagues had to change room twice. The first room was smelly, in the second one the carpet was nasty and the third one didn't have AC, at that point they were too tired to change again. The positives: breakfast included with fresh omelette, gentle personnel, and free shuttle to the train station.
A little outdated but the price can't be beat! We got a king suite for $105 a night, checkout is a 12 and there is breakfast served downstairs from 6am-10am. There's a pool and convenient parking as well as a gym inside! Our room was very clean and had no issues with hot water or anything else listed in the negative reviews! We were super relieved at how smoothly everything went and we really enjoyed our stay! You're extremely close to everything in the city it's about a 10 minute drive to all the shops and attractions. There's also a theme park not far 15 minute ride which we didn't check out but it was nice knowing it was close. The view from the hotel is amazing if you're facing the beautiful city. Overall very thankful and happy!
The building and rooms are very old and run down. The bed in our room was clearly very old with huge depressions in it. I have a bad back and my back ached in the morning. Additionally the AC either didn't work or didn't work well. We stayed during the summer and it was fairly hot. The breakfast was like a cheap rip off of the standard hotel breakfast. All of the food felt cheap and there was no fresh fruit or healthier options. That all being said the staff was nice and it is the cheapest in the area. But next time I will happily pay the extra 30$ to stay at one of the other options across the street.
This was, by far, the most negative hotel experience I've ever had. We paid for a king room and were given a room with two fulls. We asked if there were any king beds available and were offered a king suite upgrade. Upon entering the room, it was obvious that no one had used this room in a long time. Walls were unfinished, doors didn't lock, and the room was filthy. We asked for our original room back and the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive. No apology was offered the entire time. We ended up staying at a different hotel that night. They did not offer us what we paid for and they provided a terrible customer service experience. Of course it is one of the cheapest hotels in that area, but it is absolutely, without a doubt, not worth the price. I'd rather sleep in a rental car.
This Hotel was disgusting! The room was filthy! The ceiling was falling down in our room, the paint on the walls were bubbling from previous water damage. There was a horrible stench. There was something splattered on the bathroom wall. Ew. And I had a friend that took a shower and then walked on the carpet in the room to grab something and walked back in the bathroom and left dirty footprints on the tile floor. The bed next to the window was broken and slanting down and the head. The hotel room door was bent so it didn't fit tightly in the door frame. The only thing I can say that was good, was the breakfast, friendly management and it was close to our destination, mile high stadium. The website lies and the room looks nothing like the pictures! Horrible horrible horrible stay! It needs terrible updating!
I would give a "0" if possible. The worst "Ramada" experience I have ever had. Dirty room with holes in the walls, hastily repaired hole in the ceiling, burn marks on the furniture, dirty sheets, white stuff on the entertainment center. Lights didn't work, water pressure was non existent in the shower, smelled of smoke. We booked 4 nights, stayed 1 horrible mistake. Staff were rude and extremely unprofessional. Asked for a refund and showed the staff the condition of the room. The staff said they could not give a refund even though we checked out early and went to a much better hotel Holiday Inn. Don't be deceived, this is NOT a Ramada. Denver PD said this is the worst hotel in the city.
Better than sleeping in streets. Nice staff. Dirty rooms. Ceiling in horrible shape and parts fell down each night. Ac didn't work. You will survive if on tight budget. Not recommended for honeymoon. I was very happy not to see any roaches. My room might have been an exception.
Outdated in need of heavy repair wires hanging in the bar ceiling tiles are stained. Elevator has a unique odor. Breakfast is served below temps. The place is not very clean. We stayed here two nights. We had to wait 30 minutes for a delivery truck to move so we could go about our day because he had our auto blocked. They either need to clean this place up or lower the price you pay per night.
