My first time seeing him was yesterday. He was absolutely wonderful. He addressed all of my concerns, asked if I had questions, explained treatment options so well, he's the best endo I've seen yet in Louisville and I've seen 3. Everyone in the office from front desk to scheduling was super super friendly and sweet. Go see him.
I bring my mother to see Dr. Chennubhotla and we just love him. He gets to the point and he will listen to you!
My review is regarding the phone system. Terrible. Can’t leave message. Phone just rings. I rang for 15 min without answer. Need a way to leave a message to return a call. Unacceptable. Im leaving this practice for someone with a modern phone system
The most understanding doctor and problem solver there is in this specialty...I absolutely love and adore him. Never been happier.
Worse doctor there is, he don't know what he is doing, just guesses. And the people in the office rude every rune I go in there all they are doing is eating. And to be a office that sees a lot of diabetics, you would think they would be in decent shape.
I really like Dr. Chennubhotla. He is warm and actually LISTENS, actively engaged in finding solutions.
He is a great guy and Doctor.
