From the second generation of the family owned Lemongrass Restaurant group in south Florida, we bring to you our newest fast casual concept, Ramen Lab Eatery.
Ramen Lab Eatery is the first in south Florida specialized in creating ramen noodles from scratch. We nourish our broths with the highest quality of ingredients. Come experience ramen how it was meant to be – thick, rich broth in perfect balance with handmade noodles. Then elevate your experience further, by pairing it with our many tapas or a craft beer.
Ramen Lab Eatery works with local sustainable ingredients from its bowl of ramen to our other crafted bowls, such as poke using sushi grade fish. Since this is a lab/eatery, we not only cater to ramen lovers but focus on crafted bowls, unique Izakaya tapas and our special beers/sake from Japan and local Floridian brewers.
