We entered the restaurant right when they opened at 1130am. We sat quickly. I ordered the number 1 deluxe with the miso broth and it was divine. The broth was not too salty, the pork belly was fatty and rich in flavor, and the hard boiled egg was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this place.
This is easily the best bowl of ramen I’ve had to date in my life. Why only four stars, you ask? This is solely due to the number of flies throughout the restaurant. If the restaurant could control their fly issue, it would easily be five stars. But now let’s talk about why this bowl of ramen was life-changing. First of all, we start with a few appetizers. We got the mini chashu or char siu depending on how different people spell it bowl. Char siu is barbecue pork, and this was super fatty on the inside, crispy on the outside, and drizzled with a sweet soy sauce glaze. This will serve atop a bed of fresh jasmine rice, and topped with a healthy serving of green onions. This was easily the best char siu I’ve had anywhere. We also got some gyoza. This is the real deal. This isn’t some frozen, store-bought item. The dough was incredibly tender, and the meat on the inside is fresh and juicy. Now on to the ramen. I got the spicy umami ramen with miso broth. First of all, the spice is incredible. It is tolerable, and it has such great flavor. The oil in the spice coats your lips and adds flavor with each bite. The pork is super tender and flakes away as you try to pick it up with chopsticks. The shoots of bamboo provide a subtle crunch with a bold flavor. And the soft boiled egg, while maybe closer to medium boiled, soaks up the broth and the egg yolk adds a savory flavor to the ramen. The noodles are excellent and plentiful in the dish. And let’s not forget about the miso broth. So good. So much flavor. So savory and strong. Another great part about this restaurant is it the prices are very reasonable! About $11-$14 for any standard bowl and then you can add additional toppings. This restaurant is an experience I would gladly come back to every time I come back to this city.
You know the food is amazing when there's a line outside before it even opens. Gyoza: 5 stars. Spicy Miso Ramen: 5 stars. Incredibly tasty dishes. Definitely one of the best ramen places you will find in Las Vegas.
A very good bowl of ramen. They have different sizes of bowls. But for the regular appetite, the regular size should be suffice. The broth is a little bit on the salty side but that’s expected in any Asian restaurant. The interior of the places is small and it can get a little noisy with everyone talking in close proximity. But all and all, the waitresses are super attentive and friendly.
Excellent The miso ramen is out of this world. Probably THE best I've ever had in the US. For starters, get the deluxe Sora ramen with miso broth, the miso broth will blow you away, the noodles are chewy and pick up just the right amount of broth as you slurp away. The charsiu melts in your mouth leaving craving for more. For spicy lovers, Umami spicy miso ramen is a must try. There aromatics from the pepper corn linger in your mouth with every bite. Simply delicious The gyoza were cooked just right, crunchy and flavorful. The charsiu bowl was a bit disappointing as the meet was rather chewy, was expecting the same melt in your mouth texture as the slices found on the ramen bowls. Nevertheless this is definitely one my new favorite ramen restaurants in the US
My husband and I stop here every time we are in LV! So good. The broth base is the most flavorfull we have ever found. Excellent and friendly service, too.Food: 5/5
Pretty good spot for ramen. I had the Shoyu and and my wife had the miso ramen. I'll definitely eat ramen here again! And I gave 4 stars because it was my first time. I'll raise the rating when I here more often.
Great amazing food. Gets very busy tho but the food Is worth it!! Garlic edamame is spectacular and the Butter Corn Raman is THE BEST. Always a stop here when I visit L.V.Food: 5/5
Authentic ramen house just like in Japan. Delicious soup base, chewy noodles. The egg was so good.
I rank it one of the best ramen in Vegas. The other should be ramen tastu. Sora do have the best noodle, but the soup base is not the most authentic one. Tatsu’s tonkutsu soup tastes better based on my personal preference.
