If I could give this place no stars, I would. Wrecked the threads on the wheel bolt and said it was already like that but continued to pound away trying to get the lug-nut off. Still had the audacity to offer to fix it for a couple grand and with their credit card offer, we would receive a deal. Tried to prevent us from leaving by offering to call a tow truck. Place is a joke. Thumbs down.

It was my first time coming in here yesterday just because I had a flat tire, I was so worried because it happened just before closing time most of the tire shop that's nearby, so I called Ramona tire if they would wait for me and I really appreciate the 2 guys (I wish I got their names) who waited even after their closing hour, although they didn't have the tire in stock they took the time to check my old tire if it was repairable and put more air on my spare tire with no cost at all.so Thank you.

Called for a price of an oil change when i said i wasnt going to bring it in today cause of my job Joe hung up on me thats sad
