Fernando Mesa was awesome called 40 min before close on a Sunday for an alignment he got me in and knocked it out fast. Great costumer service.

Ramona tire always provides excellent service and competitive prices. I have recommended this place to a close friend and he loves it as well now. Allot of the product comes with warranties and if you're getting an alignment I recommend the lifetime one for a few bucks more. Jesse is usually the guy I go to up at the front desk but the other guys are just as helpful.

Car broke down. Got towed here. 30 min before open, they would not let us in to wait in the warmth despite cold, wet weather. Not decent people. Informed mechanic I had an alternator/battery problem - still charged for diagnostics that wasn't necessary. Honestly, this is the last place I'd go to for amother repair.

I have been here twice. Once for tires and once for new battery. They seemed honest and friendly and services were prompt.

Don't believe them when they tell you checking your credit won't cost you points. Dissatisfied customer.
