Before it was in the aforementioned Bollywood movie, it was Eddie Murphy’s character, Marcus, apartment in Boomerang. One of my favorite movies!!! Will check out the Bollywood movie. Love those. Ultimately, I love this space. I can’t wait to host an event here! It would be like an anniversary dinner party/cocktail event. Perfect space.

Very spacious event space offering amazing views of the NYC skyline.

This is the place where one of the famous movie from india Bollywood was filmed. That is "Kal ho na ho" It was Rohit'sSaif Ali Khan apartment in that movie.

We love working in this space, it's absolutely lovely and Madeline is very accommodating and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

The only draw for me was the cute little rooftop. It did have a wow factor view. The inside consisted of 3 tiny sections. 2 of which were elevated with stairs. So if u are looking for a small venue with a small rooftop...

Owner is a very nice guy, there's no kitchen but you can use owners sink in the office, PH view is superb!

Awesome rooftop view of the water and skyscrapers, especially as the sun goes down on a unusually warm fall evening. Enough room on the inside for 100+ people to walk around comfortably and the space itself is well maintained.
