I have no idea what these other people are talking about. On a whim, I emailed her at 12 in the morning when I was agonizing over how to realize a dream for my wife and I. I didn't even expect a reply, to be honest. But lo and behold, about a week and a half passed by and not only did she reply with tons of great information, but also excellent advice and potential resources. She even apologized for the delay in responding. Of course, when all was said and done we could not afford her. But I'll tell you what she wasn't: rude or disrespectful to me on any level. Quite the opposite. The moral of the story is that it's important to be polite and patient when you reach out to someone asking for free information. Don't expect them to drop everything for you and be respectful. This pretty much goes for everyone.

Talk with her current and former clients before hiring. So glad I did. Can't believe how she treats them.

Randy was rude and she was very unhelpful. I called to ask her a simple question and she hung up on me. I called back and she said she was busy. I would not recommend her to anyone!
