A True Spiritual Teacher! I have known Randy for almost three years now, and I can say that during this time I can say that he has helped me through a few major growth shifts in my life. As a healer and practitioner myself, it can often be hard to find someone who can be "a coach to coaches". Randy is one of these people, which makes his work with his clients exponentially powerful. I would highly recommend Randy to anyone who is lost and seeking answers, or even those who are already feeling good but are in need of a "tune up". He has the gift of intuition and knowing what to ask that will allow you to see the answers and wisdom you need in your life.

Randy is an inspiring, supportive and motivating coach. His techniques helped to improve my life immensely and he has assisted me in over coming many obstacles. I feel very blessed that I had the opportunity to receive coaching from Randy as part of the life coaching training I completed last year. He is truly a gifted coach, always asking questions that pushed me in positive ways and helped me to see various sides of a situation as well as myself. Hi All, just to let you know that Randy Spelling is the most helpful, loving, kind & smart Life Coach anyone could ask for. I am an older 67 Italian American woman, college educated & from Pasadena, CA Southern California. And yes, older people also need help & encouragement & many times we do not want to go to our older peers for long boring, un-understanding lectures. I bought & read Randy's book & decided to give him I try. I was not disappointed. He is very patient & has good, well stated ideas. He is very easy to speak to & is never judgmental. He leads you through your goals with logical plans on how to keep moving forward, no matter what. Many people my age are stuck in old patterns & really sad thought processes which are holding us back. Since I may live another 20 years or so, I don't want to live stuck in a rut; I want to shine! My review is for Randy Spelling's incredible book, "Unlimiting You." I had often seen Randy's Being In Flow website and truly appreciated all the newsletter/blogs he offered to everyone. When he announced his book "Unlimiting You" would soon be available, I purposely marked my calendar to buy myself a copy as soon as it was released. I cannot recommend this book enough. For me, I am a 42-year old stay at home Mom who found myself struggling with "what to do next" now that our 7-year old would be in school full time. From the moment I started reading Randy's book, I knew things were going to be ok. He begins the book with deep breathing exercises and Ten Commandments for ourselves, that truly re-center me many times throughout the day. Perhaps the most life-changing chapter for me is Ch. 7, 'Unlimiting Your Beliefs.' This chapter hits home for me as I am someone who lives with constant "fear", and as a result, normally let the fear train run my day. But Randy teaches us skills and exercises to accept our fear, but to remain in control of ourselves. The exercise on questioning our beliefs, creating strong images of what we want, and then taking daily steps to meet that image is what clicked for me. I worked at a local community paper that I loved, but believed I could do no better and had to sacrifice my daily passion for writing and reporting for a monthly newspaper for little pay. I imagined what I wanted: it came up in form as a clean desk area with an Apple computer and me working on writing daily news. I began to take small steps each day to try to match the vision. And I truly believe, with the help of Randy and his book, and the guided nuances of his help thru the written word, I was "guided" to ultimately starting my own online newspaper for my hometown. It was a period of about 3-weeks that I let the universe and myself and Randy's teachings guide me to go for what I really wanted --- ignoring the fear and discomfort this big change brought along. But I just followed Randy's advice, and trusted him, to guide me towards something I knew I wanted -- but was too afraid to really try for. I am forever grateful to Randy Spelling and his entire team for bringing this book to so many. Its the one book you must read if you are stuck in fear, anger, bad habits, self-doubt...it will change your life if you let it. I go to my copy of 'Unlimiting You" daily to re-read certain sections. It always re-centers me and brings me back into focus instead of spiraling out of control with worry, fear and doubt. I am a perfectionist and self-criticisim is what I do best. But this book is teaching me to let go of those old habits of "thinking". Cannot wait for Book 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!
