Customer service is good until you bring car out that has scratch on bumper. I park my car here while at work. Unfortunately I was rushing and could not address it. Will never park here again. As much as they charge they should fix the problem with no questions asked.

Why too much money
Terrible told me I had a discount from hospital and I said I was staying more than five hours. They said no problem when I got back they wouldn't give me discount even with the stamp from hospital. Totally dishonest. Never park here!
