If I could rate this agency as 0 I will. No transparency, personnel are not respectful, worst company I ever had. Kyle will promise things and will have a different statement when you are already at the assignment. Hard to response for all the concerns and there is no other person you can talk to or can address your concern except for your recruiter that does not respond. They held part of my salary as well. This is like a scam. Be careful in dealing with this company or try to avoid this company at all.
Family owned business, job description was a little different than the actual job. The Girl above me had been there for 1.5 years and was only making a dollar more than me. She was also expected to take company phone home with here, and schedule staff to cover cancelled or no show shifts. We were only suppose to do medical staffing credentials so after I found this out I bolted because the pay was only 14hr. Lastly, Upstairs was like a call center environment and it was hot up there. Only one bathroom per gender and 10 minute breaks instead of 15. No real lunch room 4 people could barely sit at the table. On a Positive note the employees were nice and welcoming. Just not enough compensation for the job.
VERY disorganized company. Constantly being recruited for a strike in Washington state and each person gives different information. Bottom line what they tell you is unreliable, you will have to pay money out of pocket and you may not get work no state license reimbursement. Very poor communicators and very rude and disrespectful. I would not rely on them to pay for work done, either. High risk to get involved with this company.
My husband tried to work with this company. First they wanted him to drive 16 hours before even signing a contract or having any of the preemployment stuff done. Then for the next month he was not able to be approved for the location and finally they told him he could not work and just to sit tight 16 hours from home for no pay. Two weeks later he was told he could not work at that hospital and Rapid temps took his last pay check because he didn't complete the assignment by sitting in south Dakota not being paid for that last couple weeks. Then they said they would give him the money of he left for another job that day without signing any paper work or being approved. To boot, in the time he was there rapid temps sent three other lab techs to the hospital that were all disapproved after they arrived because of not living in the US long enough, being fired from jobs in their past, or having medical issues. This company does not care about the people they try to bring in, does not do the minimum evaluation before sending people to jobs they can not work at, and is not afraid to screw you over for their own mistakes.
I have been a travel nurse for 8 years. This is by far the best company I have worked for. Very professional, accurate pay and no hassle submissions to hospitals. Keeps in touch so I know what's going on. I never have to contact them first, they are on it.
While everyone nurses in my traveler groups was complaining about pay and lack of job openings being put out..Kyle was posting 50 nurses needed in a safe, Military protected hospital with accommodations across the street! He had me submitted, approved , with contract over all the other rates and compliance paperwork in my hand the same day! There was even a HUGE surprise on my background that he fought off for me and didnt miss a beat in my assignment timeline! I'm Rapid Temps forever! #myrecruitersbetterthanyours
Interviewed for a job as an accountant. They told me they would get back to me about it within the next week. It had been 2 weeks until today I noticed they posted the same job again, and I never even hear back about it in the first place! I have applied again and I bet they will inquire about me again since they seem to have no ability to keep track of what they are doing. This is why I don't like dealing with temp agencies...
