This was horrible horrible experience. If they would let go of the whole "break you down" approach, there's actually some good content but it's not worth it because of the BS. As a leadership development professional I beg you, send your future leaders to a real program. You do not want them replicating what they experience here.

I first attended Rapport Leadership International in my early 20s. Twenty something years later, I can say that the skills I acquired in the 5 trainings I completed shaped me, guided my career choices and influenced my character more than anything else in my life. I learned very early on how to speak confidently in front of groups, to come from integrity in my communication, to treat people with respect and to go after my dreams with courage. I am grateful for these long-lasting benefits and encourage anyone wanting to grow personally and/or professionally to take the challenge. You will not regret it!

The training at Rapport Leadership is relevant, engaging, and the learning is actionable. If you want to learn about leadership, read a book. If you want to become a better leader, attend a Rapport workshop. Rapport is by far the most influential and applicable professional development program I've ever experienced.

If I could bottle the energy, enthusiasm and life-changes I've acquired since attending Rapport Leadership LB1, I'd be wealthy enough to send every single person I know and love! Please, if you're even remotely considering attending this, do yourself the biggest favor possible. I can guarantee you that these will be the most valuable two and a half days of your life. I had no idea what I was in for, but I was very open-minded about changing (knowing perfectly well that I didn't need to change one single thing about myself.!!) Ha! What a shock I was in for. You ask how in the world is it possible to make a complete transformation overnight? Well, the answer is you can't. But thanks to Rapport (and the 14 others on my team,) I've been given the tools to make conscientious decisions every day for the rest of my life, so I can make the choices I should have been making for years! I learned long ago that people would much prefer to follow a leader who exudes caring, compassion and love. It's your choice. And happiness is a choice. I enthusiastically choose to be happy!!
