Fantastic NYC View. It does have a rare view of the City. Great Low key place to go and enjoy ones company. They make Great Mocktails and the Guacamole is delish!!!
Felt like this was a makeshift rooftop. Really long line to get in. Staff was attentive with drinks and food though. It wasn't for me but you might like it.
The view and location is why it gets 4 stars bc the male bartenders that I encountered are is super slow and have no people skills! The prices are outrageous compared to other bars in the area and they need more females behind the bar OMG!!!
A pretty neat Rooftop bar, when we were there it was not crowded, the staff was friendly. The bar has nice views towards empire state building.
Fun vibe on the rooftop to start off a Saturday night out. Enjoyed our drinks and took some pictures for the great view. Took away a star because smoking is allowed and I was constantly holding my breath for the cigarette AND cigar smoke that was surrounding us.
Cool spot that you enter via a "hidden" side door, one of the best rooftops in midtown if only because it doesn't get quite as packed as other, more easily accessible spots. Great view, decent drink prices.
The space is fantastic, the service is subpar and what you expect for this type of place. Get in early, or you may be denied access when it reaches capacity between 5-9p. Expect a young professionals crowd, average age 25-30. Finance bros and brahs are the standard.
Tonight I took a gamble and I decided to eat at the restaurant that is attached to my hotel. I started with an order of their lollipop wings, which were pretty good. Their sauce was just spicy enough and nice and acidic. For dinner I decided to try their cowboy ribeye that claims it was 22 ounces. Ordering this I thought to myself good I will have leftovers. The meal came with a spinach risotto, which I know is difficult to cook. My first impression when the steak arrived was there is no way this thing is 22 ounces. When I questioned the server about this he showed me the menu which said including the bone. To further drive the point home I don't have any leftovers... I was able to finish the steak and the wings in one sitting... no way this was a 22oz steak. I have to add that this cut of meat had all the best parts of the ribeye trimmed off. It was just that really tough center part. All the nice tender stuff around the outside was not served to me. The spinach risotto was well under cooked and crunchy. When talking to my server I gave them the benefit of the doubt as it was early in the night, however he made no effort to apologize or make my order right. He didn't offer to let me speak with the cook or the chef and voice my concerns.
Rooftop entrance only has a single tiny elevator, and all private parties are instructed to "skip the line"... But they fully book out the rooftop with private parties, so it's meaningless! The wait was about 20 minutes in a sweltering hallway.
Make sure to bring your sunglasses when going up there you will need it. Perfect place for relaxing and having great cocktail's. Great place for group events as well.
