The owner is such a delight. I brought my son's guitar in to have some things done which I have no idea about guitars and he was such a wonderful help and took care of everything I needed I definitely will be back.
Nice selection of acoustic and classical guitars. Good, fresh strings and other supplies. Saw the tech work on a guitar as soon as it was brought in. Friendly service and advice from a local shop.

Great music store with family owned history. James Rawston is always helpful and obviously knows the business. Had him setup and string another acoustic guitar and good Lord it plays much better. Just love the history of this store and great service!! It’s my go to store for advice, service and anything guitar!
I bought my first guitar here two weeks ago thank you stimulus check. I almost went to Guitar Center, but then decided to support a local businesses. I am very glad I did! Their prices are decent. The staff were extremely knowledgeable. They did not try and push me to spend tons of money. I will be back to support this business
I have bought several guitars and an amp from Rawson's, and I always had a pleasant experience. James owner is a great guy and is very knowledgeable and helpful, as well as the staff I've been around. I would much rather support a locally owned business than a giant chain or on line! You also get great service and help after you make your purchase, and you can develop a good rapport with them and it feels more like a family! I would highly recommend them.
