I completely agree with everyone who said the customer service was horrible. It’s a cool building and the selection is large but no one could be bothered to help us. We will spend our money elsewhere.

Great choice but horrific experience. This is a great store to see your options but if you can don't order from them. Never called back, not trying to help. Just terrible.
Great selection of hardware to choose from, but absolutely horrible customer service. Never call you back. Your order will sit in their warehouse for a week and they will still never call you to tell you its there. And if you try to call, no one is ever available to assist in tracking down your order.
