I went there and paid for a full bedroom set, with the insurance. Instead I received half the set, and told I had to pay extra for the rest. The store manager Genero was rude. Once you make a payment, nothing can be refunded or returned. Terrible customer service, expensive unstable dresser, look elsewhere for furniture.

Mr. Kojo Walker was excellent in helping my wife and I choose a new mattress. He was very attentive to our needs and also very patient listening to our likes and dislikes. His advice was extremely helpful to us in deciding which mattress we finally did select. We highly recommend Mr. Walker for his outstanding customer service!

The guy Randy who works in the Union square one was the best sales associate I’ve ever came across. Such a gentleman! Guess it will be my go to spot whenever i need anything. Thank you Randy!
