I was about to place a substantial order from this company, but thank God I took the time to read all the reviews and MOST OF THEM ARE NEGATIVE…SAYING HOW THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! Everyone BEWARE!!

So many waves 20 rags for 20 + 15 for shipping...great deal...ordered on Jan 28 2020 received Jan 31 2020. Awesome shipping. Fast as amazon. This was my first experience with this company and am very happy. From one true waver to the rest - quality product

same experience as others, placed an order on 12/17/2019 and have yet to receive the product. We have been calling every week for an update and we have been told several times that there was no one to speak to regarding getting a refund since the merchandise was not arriving. Was told that neither the owner nor the accountant was there to assist. I stated that I would start a dispute with the credit card company and was told "go ahead".....unbelievable company, I urge you ALL to stay away, not worth the hassle

I placed an order on Feb 9, 2019 and still have not received my order. I keep trying to call customer service and cannot get anyone. When I finally got Jessica she could not see my order and asked if she could have my name and number and she will call me back by the end of the day. I asked for the owner name and number and Jessica said that he was not in. So I asked for his voicemail box and she said that it was full. I have never seen a company that when you place an order you cannot get it in a timely manner. I truly love this product but I will never order from this company again. My order was for $15.00 dollars and they charge me $10.28 for shipping. What the hell for if I haven't got my order in 18 business days not including weekends. I am reporting this company to BBB. The worst company ever!!!!!!!!!!!. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM. They only have a very few people working the phone for customer service and ordering line. Jessica answered both lines what a shame. I asked who was the owner and she said Darren Dowdy. Well Darren if your listen you have the worst business ethnic I have ever seen in a company. This is like just throwing your money away. It took incredibly long to get THREE DURAGS!!!! I orders my belongings on Jan 2 and they didn’t get shipped from the company until 2 weeks later. As of yet they still haven’t arrived. Do not waste your time.

I should have listened to the reviews. This is a terrible company to do business with. The customer service staff is very unprofessional. They only have one way of finding your account so if you lose that number your screwed. I'm glad I place my order through PayPal because I know they will cover the refund. It's been 30 days since I placed my order and it still has not shipped. Such a shame that some black businesses make it bad for everyone else who try to support black owned enterprises. The products are wonderful because they are made for us, but good luck actually getting what you paid for!! #PistinAtlanta

I placed an order on October 4th 2019 and as of today I am yet to receive the product. I called there a number of times and it was Just a run around. They are not professional nor are they courteous. I just spoke with Lacrisha and I told her that I wanted a refund. Lets see how long that takes I am supposed to get as "CALL BACK".Just like the many times before and no one called. Dont waste your time NOR your money order it from walmart better service and no problems. I would not give them a star but you have to put one to POST

Please do it waste your time ordering from this company. The shipping service is absolute garbage. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner. It takes months for your items to come. I wish I read the previous reviews before ordering. ABSOLUTE TRASH DO BETTER!!!!

MOST HONEST REVIEW YOU’LL READ This company makes one of the best satin silk durags around, but the shipping is beyond terrible, ordered on July 21st and it’s already August 1st. There should be no reason at all that it takes MORE then 2 weeks to even PROCESS the order, i’ve emailed these guys too and got no response back at all and I emailed them TWICE and even used the “Contact us” page on the website itself, what’s the point of having a contact page and a email if you don’t respond to it’s customers? These guys are so quick to take your money and the shipping $5? I’m literally right around the corner from NJ. Why are you guys making yourself look bad? no experience at all with customer support, then they have the AUDACITY to limit who comments on their instagram so nobody will complain about their order yet they’re posting back to back without answering their customers email. ‍ will be looking into this deeper as obviously this company just wants to steal your money and not give you the things you ordered, might as well order from silkcity.city if you’re impatient because their customer support team is so fast and responsive and helpful. From a business person himself I could only say, ya doing bad and that’s a shame.
