Had them install a radon mitigation system last year and they did a beautiful job. The concrete drilling was really clean and the building exterior well sealed and finished. Were good to work with on environmental testing too. Thanks!
RDS did a great job of replacing one radon mitigation system and adding another. It was quite a bit of work and they charged a reasonable price. RDS is definitely one the best contractors out there.
We used RDS for a replacement when our 12 year old radon fan's bearings went out. The good: Fast, friendly service. Very reasonable prices. Nate, in particular, went above and beyond. The bad: When I first called them I told them I believed we needed a high suction radon fan, as the fan being replaced was not keeping our levels low during the winter months. Instead they installed the base model fan that performed worse than the 12 year old fan. When I called them out again due to our even higher radon levels they replaced with a high suction fan that is working great, but they offered no exchange option on the fan they'd installed just a few months prior. Overall, I have mixed feelings. I think they could be a good choice for simple installs, but I could not recommend them overall.
RDS showed up when they said they would and preformed the requested Radon mitigation installation work at the price quoted. The employees were courteous and efficient. They completed all work in a timely manner. Once the work was done, they reviewed their work, what to expect and answered all questions. They did an excellent job and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. We were very pleased with their work and the pricing. We would certainly recommend them to others.
In the process of selling our house, the home inspector noted that our house had a very high rate of Radon present. The number was 10. We were advised by our realtor to call RDS. We did, and they came over, assessed the situation, and installed a Radon Mitigation system for a very reasonable price. The installer was efficient, maintained a clean working environment, was very courteous, and installed a very nice looking system. The radon level was tested several days later after installation, and it was .4, way below the required level. We are very happy with RDS environmental and would highly recommend them.
RDS is awesome. They gave me a bid and had no issue with me waiting 3 months to schedule them. Once scheduled they were very professional and extremely helpful to understand what they were doing and any things I, as the homeowner, should be aware of. During installation the winds prevented them from finishing the top section of the mitigation system. I figured it might be a while to get them back out but no, they were back the next day to finish the job and make sure the radon system was working correctly so we could start the post mitigation test. I highly recommend them for your radon mitigation needs!
Juan and Joe arrived on time, answered all questions thoroughly and succinctly, were very friendly and worked with confidence from previous experience. They were respectful of our home, inside and out. The installation went much quicker than we had anticipated and looks good. No mess was left behind. In comparison to other jobs we've had hired done in the past we're feeling impressed!
These guys are awesome! I have worked with others and these guys are the best. Honest and straight forward, and always reasonable. I have used this company for Radon testing and mitigation. Their work is clean and tidy, always on schedule, and I never worry about who is going to come into my house. I have used these guys for asbestos testing, and now mold mitigation... and again... never disappointed. As an interior designer I work with a lot of different tradesmen, and these guys know their stuff! Thanks for all the great work, and I will continue to use you for all my testing needs!
Had these guys out to install a radon mitigation system on our home. Very easy to schedule. The crew was very knowledgeable, friendly and finished the job in less time than discussed. They stayed around to make sure we were comfortable with the system and thoroughly explained how to test for radon after they left. Would highly recommend RDS Environmental to anyone needing work done with your sump pit or radon testing, very professional and great to work with!
