I do not recommend attempting business with this person (Eric Ropp) if you intend on using a VA loan, or whatsoever for that matter. Arrogant, slow to respond, and insulting to veterans. He will never have my business.

Horrific. The agents, along with brokers, are deceiving, unprofessional and only look out for each other. They conduct business in a very unscrupulous manner and when confronted, they will not stop at anything to cover their tracks. Do not hire this office to represent your sale. You will encounter many difficulties and headaches. In the end, they do not care who they hurt in the process. They're only interest is themselves and the numbers, regardless of what it takes, or who it takes.

Brooklyn, office very lazy. We couldn't even get flyers made. The service was very unprofessional. I asked for open houses, they don't do them, it took him 8 days to put it in the MLS. We had people knocking on our door, because of no returned phone calls. I had some of my friends email him on the Zillow site....no replies to any of them. I would never use a Remax realtor again. Lazy, Lazy, and Cheap
