Horrible experience with kathy souza first I was really interested in a home she had listed I wanted a private showing and she was like just go to the open house it was my 2nd showing. Then she tried to take me from my realitor so she could get more money I said no so she gave attitude and told me to make up my mind. After that I put a offer in for the house because I really wanted it and was perfect for my son and me being a single mom. They accept my offer say closing is Dec 28th drive to fill out paper work with my realitor fill out a 2000$ dopist. Then today my realitor tells me bad news I can't get the house she took her time doing paper work so then a cash buyer came along and screwed me wasted my time could of been finding something else horrible and money hungry for doing that to me it's my life she messed with and I suggest no one ever using her and defiantly not buying a home from her she's very sneaky.
