Advancing Diversity and Education in the Health Professions
The Inland Health Professions Coalition (IHPC) helps address the most dire needs of the Inland Southern California region by promoting health careers to young people. "Plan Now, Live Well, Serve Here" means helping high school students identify health-related careers and putting them on an educational path to success.
We address barriers to success to create healthy, thriving communities.

The Inland Health Professions Coalition was established in 2007 to convene the health careers stakeholders in the Inland Southern California region.
Our goals are to:
1. Achieve a health workforce that is diverse and community-responsive.
2. Work collectively to identify and facilitate solutions to the educational, social and environmental barriers to a seamless health pipeline.
3. Support coalition members through information dissemination, training/technical assistance, research and evaluation, policy development, advocacy, and coalition-building.
The Inland Health Professions Coalition helps fill a need for health professionals in the Inland Empire by helping students identify health-related careers and putting them on an educational path to success.
