They can a day late , I had everything in the garage all they did is rap I in blankets still cost me the same. Delivery was a week late and only 2/3 of my property. After removing the blankets found a dozen pieces of property damaged. Three weeks later the remaining property was delivered and one of there reps took pictures of all the damages. Was told I would be hearing from their insurance, that never happened. Sent them and the broker a list of damages with photos. Now they won’t take my calls. Worthless human beings with no class or character.
They were fast, careful with my items, and stayed on task! I was very happy with my moving experience and would use them again. They didn’t have a fancy truck or uniformed movers, BUT they saved me money, time, and stress! The movers were kind and courteous as well. Although the start time was 10:00, and they arrived at 10:15, they got straight to work and didn’t stop until the job was done. The rate was fair, which allowed me room in my budget to tip both movers for their hard work.
Nearly 3 months holdover of housing items. Tracking response repeatedly given different time to the follow up and rude way of sharing their locations only at end. I’m still worried for my things and not received my items from November 2019 to January 2020. They made my living difficult and worst without tv, sofa, mattress bed, shoes, shoes to outdoor, and required household matters, in my new place during christmas and new year. It was nearly 10 hour drive and these company not moved the truck to deliver with false reasons. Ready set go movers is crime and they don’t work with pride.
If I could rate zero stars I would. In addition to being late to pick up my items from Louisiana- they were a week late to deliver them to my desired location. I waited in my apartment everyday and Put my schedule on hold because they kept saying it would be that day... only to come to the end of the day and find that they had lied again. Once arrived it was discovered that I was missing many of my boxes and that i had TVs and about 6 large boxes that were not mine. After having these things in my apartment for 2 weeks with no help on their end to locate my things or find the person whose things I have- i had no choice but to open a box and look for mail or any indication of who these things belong to- I was able to find the owner on Facebook. Had I not done this They wouldn’t have figured it out. I’m so disappointed- I’ve lost pictures of me and my late mother that are irreplaceable, countless items lost, and ones that i have are broken. This has been the most stressful move and month of my life- it is like the never ending story. It’s a huge scam and waste of money and time. It’s been 2 weeks now of me having a strangers things in my apartment and my things being somewhere lost in the country. I am devastated. Additionally, once this company feels that you are upset with them or that they did something wrong they will start avoiding all of your calls and stop responding to your texts. Such a disappointment
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They aren’t even worth one star. They were 3 hours late the first day due to not having a driver. When they showed up, I gave them the keys to they storage sheds. They loaded only ONE storage shed up and came to the house to unload. At that point they wanted additional money for the second storage shed. We agreed and paid them IN FULL. They called later on and said the weather had changed and they were going to postpone the delivery until the next day. Next day comes and it took them over 5 hours to get the smallest load delivered. At that point, they refused to unload until we gave them an ADDITIONAL $400. The manger on the phone was saying the full amount wasn’t turned in so I’m assuming the guy kept part of the money. Hire friends and family... Dont waste your money on these jokers. They are a scam! I am reporting them and will do everything in my power to get these awful horrible people out of business.
We will definitely use this company again soon! They were able to get movers out to us with very short notice. All of the movers were very respectful of not only us but our belongings. They were fast and did an awesome job!
I would give this company a zero. If I could. First thing, they had to reschedule me a later time. Which I didn’t mind. Instead of coming at 9. Manager said between 12-12:30. I get a called around 11:30 and the movers are at my new place. I had to text time the information for pickup. Once they arrived, driver came in looked around. Thinking to myself he really know what to do.. Took too little guys 30 minutes to move a queen size bed, media and bookshelf. At this point I knew this was going to be a long process. So to spend up the process myself and 10 year old daughter start to move all the kitchen tables and boxes and other items to the drive way. The guys was moving one box at a time, one pillow. Basically milking the clock. We get to my new place, still bringing up one box at time. Instead of using the dolly to bring the boxes up. I wanted to help again but why would I spend my time and energy to help them move me. That’s why I was playing them. I had to call the manager Diego to let him know what was going on. He decided to have another guy come out which made a hugh difference. He should’ve been there from the beginning. I had class at 6 and told them. I have to go. I can’t wait for yal to finish. Took them almost 5 hours to move a 2 bedroom. I called to let me manager know. I thought she really cared but she’s no better than the movers and Diego. A company should always respond no matter the situation is. They broke my brand new kitchen table and media chest. Still no one have called back. Please do not use this company. You are better over having your 10 years kids and grandparents move you!
