Congratulations!! Ready Refresh is my first one star review. They are horrible!!! Unfortunately Ready Refresh is the only 5 gallon water jug service in the area.. I have used them in my office for 2 years.. I have to chat with customer support because you cannot get a person on the phone every other month about not leaving items I did not order and then charging us for it. It always happens when they come in and I am not at my desk. This has happened with different drivers, but I have had the same driver for 6 months now. I have verbally asked him as well as told customer service not to leave products we did not order, yet it is still happening. They are always behind on delivery dates as well. I get weekly delivery's and they can be 4 to 10 days late then get a way when I ask for last weeks jugs as well. Now they have a membership you have to join to get fair pricing and better delivery treatment. You cant make notes to your account and billing keeps going back to weekly billing when I have asked for monthly invoicing.
1 star is too good. Do not do business with these people. A salesperson came to my door and gave me the pitch. I signed up for delivery of a dispenser and bottles of water and was promised a specific date of delivery. I got a text saying it was delivered but it had not been delivered. I called customer service and they said they did not know when I would get the cooler dispenser or my water. I was told “one week or maybe two, I don’t know” I cancelled immediately. The sales representative will make promises this business cannot deliver on. This is a fraud, do not fall for it.
Almost two years I have been dealing with Ready Refresh problems. It only seems to get better for a few months. Prices go up, delivery fees increase every few months, and delivery issues are the only constant that can be relied upon to happen. It is pretty hard to earn a less than two star rating when there are so many reviews which could offset just a few problems here and there. Customer service will resolve issues that have occurred. In fact they just helped me close out my account. The real problem is with this company's ongoing operations and way of doing business. Let the buyer beware!
This has been the worst experience. I was delivered the wrong water, something not even close to what I wanted and I was like no worries I’ll just click a button and let them know… WRONG. There is absolutely no way to contact them. The online live chat is trash, no one will ever respond to you. The email system is trash no one cares to respond to you there either. You will be left with a water you despise with no way to do anything about it. So sad. No one works here it seems. They don’t even offer a number to contact! Worst thing ever. I really had high hopes for this company. Yeah, no. UPDATE: After looking over other reviews I found a number randomly in a comment and gave them a call! They were super helpful! They are sending me the correct one next week. However, it is super weird that I had to creep to find that number. It should be on the app and website. So for that reason, still not a good company. If you had your number on the website and app and an easy way for others to contact, would be the only way I’d change the rating. Such a shame.
I signed up because they were knocking on doors at my apartment complex. It was okay at first but then all my deliveries would be pushed back or rescheduled to the very next day at that point I can’t change it because it’s within 24 hours of the delivery even though they changed my delivery date. When I cancelled it took them over a month of rescheduling to actually pick up my cooler. I’ve been trying to get in contact with customer service to pay my final $50 pick up fee for days now. But I get out on hold and then the call drops on their end. Do not recommend.
I wish I could leave negative stars for this overpriced and under delivering service. They charge more per bottle than any store plus a delivery fee. And their delivery is less than a joke… they can’t stick within their time frame and don’t deliver as promised. Twice now they have emailed the number of bottles they are “delivering” that number of empties are left for them and they deliver half of the promised amount. They don’t answer the phone and their responses to questions and complaints are canned auto responses. Obviously a company that doesn’t understand nor care about customer service. Save yourself a headache and money and buy your own cooler and exchange them yourself at the store.
It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach them. I had an order that was supposed to be delivered on 09/07 and they claim it was delivered. The driver never entered my gate code nor came to my apartment and rang the doorbell I have cameras. I tried multiple times using the customer contact on the website,. but they said they delivered it even though my empty bottles that should've been picked up were still outside my door. This is a scam and absolutely fraudulent. Why would you send me an invoice for something I NEVER RECEIVED? Terrible business.
Told support to cancel my account over a year ago, they said they did, then all of a sudden I get a 100 dollar charge on my card this month. They said they were delivering to an apartment I don't even live at. Their site constantly gave me errors until I had to find their phone number which they hide on their website. This, combined with their aggressive salesmen, stay away. Never give your card number to these frauds.
We have been using ReadyRefresh for over 4yrs. I have seen many vendors come and go but Mr. Victor Wheeler is by far the best vendor we have ever had! He is always on time with his deliveries, never late! He is always so professional, proficient, diligent, thoughtful and always delivers rapid service. It puts a smile on my face when I see him drive up. Because I never have to worry if my order is correct. I try to help him get the bottles together but he is always a gentleman and tells me just stand there and talk to me. He’s in and out in about 5 mins. Lines the gallons nice and neat. He will even change the front bottle if it’s empty. Y’all need to give him a raise more commission or something because this man knows how to have customer service! He is a great asset to your company. Appreciate him! Looking forward to seeing him again!!
Victor Wheeler was amazing!!! One of the best I have encountered. Very professional, attentive and caring!! He deserves and incentive/raise!! it’s not often I receive great customer service but had to recognize Victor.
