I enjoy living in Crystal Towers. My balcony opens to the main entrance side, so during the summer, I can hear the soothing sounds of the fountains in the yard, making me feel like I'm near a waterfall in the forest. The apartments are spacious, sunny, and comfortable. The backyard is also great for enjoying the weather. Additionally, the community is friendly, which is why I prefer Crystal Towers.

As a family of four who moved to DC area last year for business, Crystal Towers was a perfect choice. The renovated apartment is spacious and perfectly furnished, the balcony is very large, with a good view on the entrance and I'm looking forward to living and enjoying my free time on it. Although the common space and services are very good, they may require some renovation, especially the business center. The outdoor space and swimming pool are lovely. Kudos to the staff, they are professional, friendly, and quick to react to your requests and needs. The location is perfect for our family needs with young kids, you have almost everything within walking distance: shops, restaurants, playgrounds, parks, and metro station. Pentagon mall is also very close and walkable.

Crystal Towers is really good residency with nice community of people around us. I’m impressed with the leasing and maintenance service they offer.Also, It’s a pet friendly and peaceful place to live. All basic daily life needs stores are just at a walking distance.Overall, it’s a pleasant experience to be here:

Crystal Towers Apartments, located in Arlington, VA, is the perfect location. The metro station is just a block away, and the 395 highway is accessible within minutes. You will also find great shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. The apartments come in various layouts and styles, many of which feature modern appliances, ample storage, and spacious living spaces. You will have access to a fitness center, swimming pool, common areas, and a beautiful courtyard with a large dog park. The 24-hour concierge desk provides excellent service to residents, ensuring the highest level of security. Safety and security are top-notch, with secure entrances, surveillance systems, and staff personnel. Maintenance and management are of the highest quality, ensuring the property is well-maintained. The building is extremely pet-friendly, making it a five-star place to live if you have dogs.

Great location. Close to the metro and shopping centers. When it comes to amenities, the gym is small but decently equipped. The pool opens for a very short period of time and when it comes to security they should do a better job, people seldom tap their fobs in the main entrance. Finally, the elevators have been getting fix since I moved here about 8 months ago.

Crystal Towers is a good apartment building -- decent price, good amenities, and well located. Very dog-friendly with responsive staff. Never had a problem with other residents or with noise. Only negatives are the frequent construction and occasional disruptions to water/gas supply limited to 9am-5pm. Make sure to check out the market in the basement of the South tower!

I recently moved into Crystal Towers and have been thoroughly impressed with my experience so far. The efficiency of the maintenance team is exceptional; any issues I've encountered have been promptly resolved. Shelly, the leasing agent, has been incredibly helpful throughout the moving process, making everything seamless. The apartment itself is lovely, exceeding my expectations. I'm excited to explore more of what Crystal Towers has to offer and am confident it will continue to be a fantastic place to call home.

Our stay at Crystal Towers Apartments was just for the weekend while my niece visited Georgetown University. The location was conveniently located to everything we needed to do. The concierge, Tammy Teel was very personable & quite helpful in suggesting places to dine in the area. For me, the first person you met on a property sets the standards! She was amazing! Will definitely return to this property next visit.

Crystal Towers is a good place to live. The location is fantastic, near many restaurants and shops, and less than a block from the metro. Leasing office has been easy to work with. Maintenance almost always addresses even minor issues within a couple hours and always resolves the issue. Business center is useful for professionals or students. A little pricey for some of the less recently renovated apartments, but if it works for your budget it is a really nice place to live. They also offer a military discount, so ask about that if it applies to you.

I moved to Crystal Towers almost 3 weeks ago, and I have only good things to say! I love the vibrant community feel coming in/out of the lobby every day. Plus you always see friendly faces going up and down the elevators. Maintenance crews work quickly to repair problems upon move in minor issues, broken ice maker, wonky lock, etc. and are always cordial. I haven't tried the food trucks yet but look forward to it! The gym is fully stocked, and the store/cleaners couldn't be more convenient. Highly recommend living in this apartment complex in you're looking to be in the Crystal/Pentagon city area. Walking distance to the metro/surrounding stores + close to the Mount Vernon trail access if you're a runner/cyclist.
