I made an appointment through ClassPass for a facial, I made the appointment at 4pm for 5pm. When I get to the business a lady tells me that she sent me an email stating that she cannot see me, and that I needed to cancel. I tried to explained to her the business was canceling so they should cancel the appointment in ClassPass, if I cancel the appointment within the same day I will be charged for it. She tells me that she always does this and customers are able to cancel and that maybe I should make my appointment more ahead of time. All I did was make an appointment where it showed availability… and I was being treated like I did something wrong. I had to contact customer support at ClassPass because she wasn’t able to do that and they were able to cancel for me since no one at this business has access to their business ClassPass. All in all a horrible experience and lack of professionalism.

Great place, they accommodate walk-in appointments. I go for waxing/threading and I am happy with the results!

I debated on writing this for a while because they are very nice but I did not have a good experience. I got eyebrows threaded and tinted and did a lash lift and tint. The threading was fine but the tint was very dark even though I asked for it lighter and was more placed with care so I had dye outside of my eyebrows which looked very tacky. When I got home I immediately took oil to my brows to try and lighten them. This wasn’t the biggest problem unfortunately. The lash lift was terrible. I don’t think the proper tool was used and instead flat paper was used which resulted in my eye lashes curling back onto my eyelid. It looked like I had no eye lashes. They were fried and I actually cried when I got home. I called another place to try to get them fixed and they said I would just have to wait it out. It has been almost two months and my left eye lashes have still not recovered. Not only were they curled back but also clumped together and uneven. I deleted the pictures I took immediately after but I attached one here a month in, and this wasn’t even the eye that was the worst. It’s hard to see from the pictures but I would just advise going anywhere else for a lift.
