Real Deal Pool Guys

History of not finishing jobs according to previous Yelp reviews and I fell victim to it. Clark came by and "fixed" my pump. Unfortunately I paid him and he left before I could turn my pump on because he had used glue that needed to dry before turning it on. When I finally did turn it on, I found that it wasn't fixed. I informed Clark of this and on several occasions, he said he would come by to take a look at it but all I got was excuse after excuse and he never came back. After giving me the last excuse I was going to take from him, I sent him a text and told him I was appalled at how he runs his business and treats his customers and that I was going to write a negative Yelp review and report him to the BBB. He responded "ok thanks". Definitely would not recommend. I ended up calling Mike with Absolute Pool Service and Repair and he ended up re-doing what Clark did and now it works great and Mike provided EXCELLENT customer service by communicating with me regularly and showing up for appointments which Clark definitely DID NOT do. Would definitely recommend Absolute Pool Service and Repair over the unprofessional service and lack of service of Clark and "Real Deal" Pool Guys.

I had the best experience!!! I was in desperate need of a repair to my pool pump. I went online and started making phone calls, everyone I called couldn't help me that day. Finally I came across realdeal pool guy and he was amazing!!!! Within an hour or two he was at my house. He knew exactly what was wrong with the pool pump and fixed it within minutes. He went above and beyond with his service, it was a Sunday when I needed help and he came on a day he normally would have been closed. I recommend him to anyone needing any kind of pool service. Now and days it is so hard to find this kind of service. Thank you realdeal pool guy, the pump is working perfect.

Worked started out good. Then Patrick got an assistant that rarely cleaned our pool until we had to have half the pool drained. This year Patrick stopped coming and we realized our pool was getting bad in May. It took weeks to get him out and he just cleaned the filter. This did nothing. FINALLY he drained the pool but left about 4 inches of disgusting water in the bottom and said he would be back. Well over a week later and he wont return messages. Now the bottomof our Pool is stained and we need to have it acid washed. And now I see them attacking negative reviews which is very juvenile. They can keep their servixe we have hired someone else.

I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone. He still owes me money for over 1yr ago. He burned me so I took him to Small Claims and he didn't show up @ all. This guy is shady and unprofessional. He owes me approximately $700. He steals as well!

Clark did an amazing job with a green pool restoration at my house and also repaired my pool heater at an excellent price- very honest and professional

Bad experience,will never use again did subpar work,left a mess in my pool and made a big deal about coming back to clean it up,so I did it myself.

He stole a $1200 pool pump from my property and never returned it
