Real PDL Help

These people are lying thieves! I knew my account was close to being paid off. I called and spoke with Phyllis about my balance on 4/8/2024. She informed me that my account was paid in full and they overcharged me two months! Phyllis than told me that she would call me back on Thursday or Friday and it would be credited back to my account. I have left two or three voicemails and they have not called me back and they have not credited my account back. I'm a single mom and would like my money back that they stole from me! The lack of communication is 100% unprofessional! If you decide to use this company, monitor your bank account especially, when your close to your account being paid in full. They had no problem taking my money, but they sure seem to have a problem refunding my money that stole! These people are criminals! Beware, before you use this P.O.S. company. Update on 6/20/2024 I finally got through to these people via email. They replied and had the wrong address this was on 5/2/2024. I replied back with the correct address and have had heard nothing back from these people. I have left several emails and voicemails, with absolutely no replies back. They overcharged me for two months and owe me that money! This is not the way to run a business. I'm still waiting for my money and a response back from these thieves.

Dealt with them for years and I go to email them today and the emails no longer exist. So I call them and no one called me back! I’ve paid them thousands. This was a scam all along!

Buyer beware! Are they horrible? Not necessarily but I will say over the years ive had to file Attorney General complaints against Real PDL help seems to be the only way you get a response from them. Ive called over a dozen times due to completing my program well over 5 yrs ago and have all of my settlement letters so why are creditors still reaching out for collections! This is what causes me to lose trust in the service that Real PDL offers , l thought all of this was past me but looks like I need to file yet another attorney general complaint. IM TIRED!

They took my money and did not provide the services they contractually agreed to. I filed a BBB complaint and they didn't even care enough to reply. Yes, they did settle a couple of my accounts but there were many that they didn't. I called and left messages. I emailed every email address I could find for them. It's been months now and I never heard back from them. Please, do not be like me. They took over $7k from me. They are vultures and prey on vulnerable people as they steal their money from them.

Definitely scammers. I was with them for almost ten months and two menders just called stating they've never been paid and that I'm going to collections. I have asked real pdl for proofs of payments and to confirm each payment was cashed along with the names of the negotiators they spoke with at each company and their phone numbers. I'm pretty sure they won't supply it because they haven't paid nor have they called about why they have my money just sitting somewhere.I filed a dispute on BBB but will also sue them if necessary as they have not held up their end of the agreement we reached. Give me all my money back and I'll pay my lenders directly. I want no other result.

Nothing about this company is REAL at all! I’ve been a customer since May 2021 and nothing has been paid yet! I had to always ask for statements however they had no problem taking money out of my account every two weeks without fail. On 11/8/22, I requested to cancel the service. I requested everything in my file and a refund minus their so-called fee because I was tired of going back and forth for 18 months without any resolution. I’ve called and emailed numerous times however I still haven’t received a response. STAY AWAY from Real PDL Help, they are not a Real company but Real Scammers!

They are terrible. They informed me they paid the loans and I was still getting calls. I cancelled my contract and they informed me they would issue a refund and I still have not received it. They do not answer the phone or emails. They have horrible customer service. Warning, do not use them. I want all of my money back and will pay the lenders myself.

Everyone at real pdl help has been awesome. They helped me get my life back on track. I was overwhelmed in debt until I found them online. They stopped the harassment and got my money back for me. Thank you real pdl help.

I was skeptical about debt consolidation but not having any money didn’t leave me a choice. Boy, was I glad I filled that online application out, now I have money & my bank account isn’t reflecting a negative balance. Just wanted to say thank you to real pdl help!
