When I am asked to chose an appointment time it is never available. this turns into an over abundance of e-mails, and I often have to set it up myself with the repair entity. It would be better to say when the repair can be made at the outset, instead of all the annoying back snd forth. This process could be much better. Why ask when I want an appointment if you dont know if it is available? Please just offer appointment times that are available only. Current system is unnecessarily complicated, and truly irritating.
Daniel Mora helped to support a service request that came from our tenants. Daniel was very communicative and responded to all our questions in a timely fashion, along with kept us up to date with everything that was happening.
