Red Brick Craft Distillery was born out of a love of high quality, small batch spirits. Owners Zachary Cohen and Brian Forrest (also head distiller) started Red Brick Craft Distillery in 2015 because of a shared passion for good whiskey. Made with local ingredients and a focus on craftsmanship and innovation, our products embody the spirit of Philadelphia, a city with a rich history of industry and manufacturing that has become one of the premiere food and drink destinations in the country. From our sugar-wash rum to our barrel aged whiskey, we pour our hearts and souls into making hand crafted spirits so that you can enjoy what you pour into your glass.
We offer tours and tastings in our distillery on Saturdays and Sundays. Tours run at 1, 3 and 5 p.m.
