Red Lion Inn & Suites Brooklyn

Great rooms. Always free hot coffee in the lobby. House keeping didn't change the sheets once in my 10 day stay. We had to ask for more towels. Breakfast had almost no fresh food. The staff was helpful and patient.

DON'T stay here! It was AWFUL, our room was NOT cleaned for 4 days out of a 6 night stay@ nearly $250 nightly! Our sheets were NEVER changed after asking, and reporting it to the front desk, bathtub and sink was NEVER cleaned, our entire stay! Reported but never rectified. Our worse hotel experience ever.

Great location in Brooklyn, walking distance to the Barclay's center and Atlantic terminal. The hotel room was normal size for NY. Bed was comfy. The staff was nice and accommodating. The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness, specifically the shower.

I was a little nervous after I read some reviews but this was a great place. 1. They DO have hair dryers 2. Room was a good size 3. Very clean 4. FREE breakfast 5. Great toiletries 6. Close to places to eat and enjoy night life!!! Very happy and would stay again
