Customer service was amazing, but the room was not. So disgusting. We ended up asking for a refund and going somewhere else. But the front desk was so sweet and nice. Very understanding

It's nice place and super clean We asked for extra mattres when I booked the room they said it will be ready in my room but I didn't get it. Over all everything else was ok

Our room was clean and comfortable. My portable DVD player worked well on their television ...the picture and sound so pristine to enjoy our never seen movies.

Clean. And friendly service. The location is great clean quiet and safe. Rooms were clean. No creepy crawlies. The only thing is the rooms are in need up updating they're dark and drab. Butnover stay went well.

For 2.5 stars its pretty good. Had a basic double bed for myself. Came with small fridge, microwave, tv though I never used it, small closet area, ironing board, a.c., small safe, desk, enough mirrors. the essentials really. I felt at home, Ive been in rooms with less for the price.
