Wish I could go lower than zero called at 340 - 4 times no one answers and prompts do not direct you to any live interaction and the prompts say that the store is closed and to call back when the website states they close at 4pm. Unprofessional and in no danger of customer retention

Carriers should avoid this place at all costs. Never in the 30 plus years in the transportation industry have we experienced such a horrible place!! They do not answer their phones or emails.. rude to drivers!!

They refuse service

called the local Vegas number but all calls get routed to Dallas corp office, the girl that answered didn't know prices or the minim order amount or how long the ice last. Then she said that I have to fill out an event form for any of my questions to be answered-- -not helpful, not user friendly, will not be using Ready Ice
