Redi Carpet

Worst customer service ever. I would NOT recommend using Redi Carpet! I ordered flooring and paid for it and went 3 weeks later to pick it and and it was not even ordered! I went a second time and the floor was not all the same run number so it didn't match. I was asked to bring it all back then had to wait another week for the reorder! I had to pay my contractor to go there 3 times and they offered no compensation for all of the inconvenience! There is no one in the local office to contact. Big national company that does not care at all about their retail customers!

Do not let this company touch your property. If there were negative star options this company would have more than earned them. They, unfortunately, were tasked with supplying my newly built home with flooring. That was nearly two years ago and I’m still trying to get them to fix their excuse for workmanship. They have stood me up multiple mornings when I have taken off work so that they could finally do their job - no phone call, no one to answer my phone calls, just nothing. The floors they provided our new home are literally crumbling and in a dilapidated state. My personal home contractor asked me if they were drunk whilst doing their work. Their customer service is worse than being thrown to Dante’s seventh circle of hell. Do yourself a favor and use literally any other company.

As an Operations Manager for a large company, Youngs Flooring was used by a restoration company to lay carpet. The workers laid the carpet without following the pattern and when I questioned Jeff Meyers the account manager he said it is what it is and he was not willing to correct their mistake. I notified the project manager and he agreed it was not right. I have since removed them from the project and I am going with a different company. They are the worst as far as business practices.

Awesome staff. Damaged my vinyl plank floor. They were able yo spevial order my floor and repair it for a reasonable price.

I live in City Lofts apartments in Williamsburg, my unit received heavy water damage and the snap loc hardwood floor buckled. The management used redicarpet to remove the old floors and put in new flooring. Oscar and Eleazar went above and beyond to do the job correctly. Taking time to level out some bad spots so that the new floor would lay properly. They did a fantastic job and made sure everything was picked up and clean before they left. They even vacuumed the hallway outside my apartment. If you use this company I highly recommend you request these two gentlemen as they are very professional.

Redi Carpet has replaced flooring twice for me. Both jobs were done in a timely fashion and looked amazing.

Stay away. The installers used by this company are the worst. The floor rep I used was not helpful in the least. Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. GOING ON 6TH VISIT TOMORROW. I WAS DUE TO HAVE FLOORING REDONE THIS MORNING, AS THE TECHS HAVE BOTCHED MY FLOORING EVERY SINGLE VISIT... TODAY'S VISIT WAS TO REDO ENTRY WAY AND KITCHEN AGAIN..... AS THEY HAVE 3 DIFFERENT MIXED PIECES OF FLOODING IN ONE AREA AFTER CUTTING AIR BUBBLES OUT OF ENTRY WAY AND CUTTING KITCHEN FLOOR AS WELL TO RELEASE BUBBLES AND I MEAN HUGE BUBBLES.. ONTOP OF MAKING A MESS WITH GLUE ON WALLS, RUG BASEBOARDS AND APPLIANCES... TODAY'S VISIT WAS FAR FROM FRIENDLY, LACKED SEVERE CUSTOMER SERVICE... HAD NO CLUE WHAT HIS WORK ORDER CONSISTED OF AND WHEN INFORMED OF SAID JOB HE STATED "NO JUST KITCHEN"... VARIFIED WITH THE COMPANY HE WAS TO DO BOTH AREAS... AGAIN THIS AM HE CHOSE TO PACK UP HIS WHITE VAN AND DRIVE AWAY... SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND REPEAT VISITS AND CLEAN UP AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE. ***NOT ALLOWING ME TO POST PICS BUT IF I COULD, TRUST ID BE POSTING THEM FOR Y'ALL TO SEE .

I would not use any other trade partner for our flooring needs and installations! Ed
