Reed's Metals, Inc. of Sulphur

Wrote an email to them wanting to get a quote for a project to extend my reeds metal building. Sales person called me on Tuesday saying that he would meet me the following Sunday and also call that Saturday to confirm the meeting. Never heard from him again. Subsequent emails I have also gotten no replies from. Business must be really good for them because they sure don't need mine apparently. I'm in the process of going to another company.

My first impression walking in to the showroom was WOW! Nice place! I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who put me in touch with a saleswoman who answered all of my questions. I will be back!

Took forever 4mos to get the building, person that is in charge of apps is rude. Kept saying they would get started on a certain day then change it. Dents r in the roll up door and other areas and have yet to fix it. Not happy at all.

Ordered a building for my dad bit was delivered a week early took them two days to build it few days later the concrete was poured and there was two minor things that needed to be fixed which is to be expected called Reed's metal they are out there in no time had it replaced and fixed. Overall my dad was really really happy and satisfied with his building and the service.

This was the worst experience ever...I called to get me some material the sale lady described everything back to me as being correct and order right...so when I decided to pay for my order she told me I had to put 25% down and the rest when everything get delivered ok that was fine I didn't mind doing it like that well when the man got there to go pick everything up it was a problem and a total different price then what she had quoted me...so I decided to go ahead and pay for the material and once I did so we had another problem she did all my material backwards when I told her I needed 21 by 25 meaning 21 by the house and 25 away from the house and I kept asking her if that was correct and she kept saying yes...so now I want even have that becuz she couldn't get my order right...so now I feel like I waste my money on something i didn't want...I could have just stayed with the 20 by 20 if I no she was going to order me a 21 by 21 never again this will be my last time order from these people...so when I say worst experience yes that's just what it was!!!!
