Story

Reeds Real Estate has one of the first Realtors in Hampton Roads to become a Certified Negotiation Expert of real estate as well as being one of the first to become a Military Relocation Professional in the Hampton Roads Area. They are honored & excited to have a certified skill negotiator in getting SOLD results that equates to maximum success for their clients. In addition to having a certified skill negotiator, they also are excited in putting those skills in expertise into serving the military men and women nationwide.

Reeds Real Estate are Certified Home Selling Advisors who services the entire Hampton Roads Area (Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Newport News, and Hampton) in helping people sell and buy homes. They are also short sale specialists and specialize in foreclosure prevention where they have assisted in saving countless of homeowners from foreclosure.

Kelvin and April are both US Navy Veterans, who are honored to have served their country and to have made a positive difference in the world. Their military experience has awarded them both the ability to better understand people and their needs as well as to be a beacon in the community.
