Regal Cinemas Columbia Cinema 7

Please either update this theater or tear it down. Staff are professional and quick. They do a great job but the layout of the actual theater is awful. The way the floor plan is for the seats is just weird. Everything feels old. Its great if you want to watch a movie quietly but outside of that I would just go to another Regal. I expect outdated stuff from AMC. Not Regal. I will say that this was exceptionally clean and the people that work there were really nice. The employees are the saving grace of this Regal.

My boyfriend introduced me to this Cinema. I never knew it existed until tonight. There was plenty of parking. The parking lot was clean The theater was clean and the bathroom was clean. We saw Black Panther. The movie was Exceptional!!! My people really entertained with their excellent acting. I am so proud!!! I will be back to this Cinema to watch Black Panther AGAIN ❤

Theaters okay. It's on the upper deck of the Dead Mall also known as Richland Fashion Mall which from what I hear and its Heyday was very chic and now it's just run down falling apart. The theater is worth checking out it's clean it's fairly well maintained considering the age.

For being in a rundown mall, this place is nice. I will go again. They accept Movie Pass which is great.

They refused to give me a student discount and said that it’s only given on weekdays before 5pm. That’s when students are in class! I was then asked if I had a mikitarg discount. If i am asking about a student discount, do you think i serve in the military as well? Also, the interior is disgusting and poorly lit so you cannot see how old and gross it actually is. The interior needs major updating if they’re going to prevent customers from using discounts (student discount, passes, etc.) The AMC down the street offers way more concessions, and they are much, much cheaper. I can go to the same movie and get the same concessions for $10-15 less than at this horrible place. Staff were awful and unaccommodating. I was charged for a large when I paid for a medium, and when I brought it to the attention of staff, I said it was an honest mistake but wanted my refund. They asked me if I was sure if I wanted a refund? This has happened about 3 months ago and has made me refuse to go back. What kind of movie theater doesn’t allow student discounts when students are actually able to go? Money hungry much? I’ll drive 10 more minutes to go to a different AMC theater to save my money and have courteous staff. If the theater actually had a new interior that isn’t 20 years old, I might reconsider the cost. However, upcharging for the old and unclean interior is just outrageous. I don’t care about the exterior; it’s a dead mall. It’s just insulting. AMC all the way.
