Great theater. Service and value pretty good. Staff could do a better job of explaining the seating policy, where and what seats are available.
Good theater. Good selection of movies. Saw one here recently that was no longer playing in other theaters in the area, so I was happy with their selection and availability. Plus the lady at guest services/ticketing was really, really nice. Thanks!
It is an old theater near industrial area where many homeless people were gathered near. Reasonable parking and nice staff. After the movie, walk to elevator and found that it was not operated, we walk up to 4th floor where smell urine, and dark stairway to approached our car where it was parked.
For $20 IMAX tickets I expected better seats. Not standard movie theater seating ... Otherwise, great location, friendly staff.
No reclining seats and the area was a bit sketch but good experience otherwise. Decent sound, decent color, good online ordering process.
Friendly employees that always greet you in a pleasant manner and give wonderful service. Our go to place once or twice every week. Glad to see movies on a big screen again.
Great sized theater, bus stop right outside, staff friendly, easy to find location, & we just saw FREE GUY in 4DX. So good & really interactive
Haven't been to regal cinemas in 5 years I went to see Harry Potter 20th anniversary showing using the four dimensions theater it's absolutely wonderful it's absolutely clean it's a much nicer choice or a great movie experience consolidated theaters at Ward which had healings headrest and the seats smell like body odor
Check out their Fathom Events. You get to see opera specials "Live From the Met," Broadway shows and ballet. Ample parking.
Always a great place but customer service was terrible this time around. I told Andrew at the concession stand that I'm redeeming my Credits for free popcorn and drink to see free Guy And Still Got Charged For popcorn and drink. Upsetting, yes, but aside from that nonsense the movie was great I enjoyed it.
