Always have a great experience with Custom Cleaners - reasonably priced, quick turnaround, and they successfully cleaned a crusty stain from an egg-based cocktail out of a red blazer, for which I will be forever grateful!

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. They lost my designer shirt, which I needed cleaned for a business trip. After weeks and much back and forth they ordered a new shirt to replace it, but still refused to refund me for the dry cleaning, which I had already paid for. I would definitely not recommend.

The only place I take my dry cleaning. They do a great job and are very kind people.

I've been a customer for over ten years and have never experienced any problems with Custom Cleaners. I also have had them do some alterations from time to time and they all turned out fine at a very reasonable price.
