Regal Nails

2 stars is pushing it a bit. 2 days before wedding. I wanted a simple pink and white acrylic. She brought 3 tubs full of different pinks no kidding at least 30. Nails came out good from far away. So no hand and hand wedding photo. Will do at later date. Next eyebrows, they look great, BUT she pinched my eyebrow skin so many times I wound up with a bunch of lil scabs from her breaking the skin which I had to work with on wedding day also. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! Also I was ok with the small sparkles but the big ones are hideous and my pinky is going the wrong wayService: Sculpted nails

I knew as soon as I got there, the experience wasn't going to be the best and honestly should have left but I really was in need of a Mani Pedi and went. 3 people there and after waiting for a small bit, I finally got asked what I wanted. The other 2 ignored me and one gave me a weird look and lucky for me, that one was the person who did my mani pedi. Signed in and the lady I had was ROUGH! Rough to the point where I was BLEEDING and I didnt even get anything crazy. No designs or nothing. She applied a green liquid in a small eye drop looking container and kept going but everything else literally stung! Would not recommend Anh as your nail tech. Video shows where I was bleeding. 6/10 nails on my hand and you can see which ones were affected.

No over exaggeration, I promise. I still PAID for, take offs, mani and pedi. Not only did I help her take the nails off because she was nervous. But look at my Mani. The pedi wasn't the worst but definitely wasn't the best,‍ it's inside Walmart. I think enough is said with the picture. First and last time. I just had the worst experience in my life , the customer service was so bad , I was discriminated about my appearance the lady assumed I couldn’t pay $65 dollars for some really short nails that was gonna be plan with gel I compared her price with another nail place which I was gonna and up staying with regal nail’s because it was more convenient until the nail tech push my hands away and said go to the other person #nailplace which was very rude then said her price is to expensive for me which was a lie I had the whole amount of money . That was very discriminating me , made me feel very uncomfortable so I left . I wouldn’t recommend to go back. I came comfortably dressed. And she judged me based on that which is not cool at all I WOULD NOT EVER GO BACK THERE !! It’s the location on 4505 w. Charleston Blvd. Las Vegas nv 89102 and I was just visiting from California no good customer service at all . Then she left the mail size on my pinky finger we’re I’m tryna take it off now

Welp I gave in, I finally got a full set at this location. They don't accept Appointments, once I signed in, I had to wait a good 65min to finally get a nail tech. She did an excellent job. She took her time, didn't rush whatsoever! When I go back, I definitely want her to become my nail tech all the time! I would love to give it 5 stars, but it was an awful long wait.

There’s a guy, I don’t know if he’s tired or what, but his attitude and customer service was terrible, I refused to do my nails after I saw his behavior

I give a negative zero because the rude Asian man said “we don’t repair!”, Regal nails doesn’t repair broken nails. Like seriously? There’s no customers and all 5 of them are literally sitting around. What a joke!

Do not go here. I was charged 145$ for full dip set with design. Typically not more than 110, 120 on a bad day. She told me it would be 125$ for everything. I agreed but still thought it was outrageous. I asked for dip manicure and a pedicure. The same girl was trying to do my mani and pedi so I only got one service done. It took two hours for my nexgen manicure and I didn’t even get the pedicure. Absolutely terrible service. I would never go here again and highly warn others to avoid this place at all costs.Services: Nail painting

Kevin is awful he kept telling me to relax as he's pulling my hands the way they aren't supposed to go and I told him I have carpool tunnel in both hands he started breathing very irritated I told him if it bothers him I need someone else he says no no. Then proceeded to be rough, and when it came to filing my nails he held my fingers so tight, and I told him I didn't like how one nail looks all while sighing heavily like he was irritated and I had acrylic on my fingers and top coat past my cuticles not to mention he charged me 45 for a basic set NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN

I had the best pedi and mani ever for New Year’s Day! Hands down ladies his name is Steven and was very gentle and took his time! I would highly recommend him! Worth the price too! They only charge $45! I believe the only day he’s not available is Saturdays! Treat yourself to a spa experience!
