Never have the routes been perfect which for years was almost acceptable. The working class can NOT rely on the bus system. Huge gaps in between scheduled / listed time windows when the bus flies by. Meanwhile all of my coworkers who take the bus are late half the time. My truck breaks down and they're running about 3 for 20 . Which means this is a dark day for the last Vegas bus system. 3 out of 20 times are the drivers on time. The seats are disgusting and the floors as well. Over crowded and flat out depressing
Bus driver for 105 has his “out of service” sign on and passed right by me on Alta & Martin lurther king. Wait times are outrageous. Also the bus drivers are very rude. Its 2023 if the City of Nevada can’t Get a decent public transportation what is our tax money going too? Im honestly disappointed in The way the RTC Has just let go and lost complete control. It honestly seems like they dont even care.
This is not great transit. So I seen a guy get robbed on the bus with a knife the driver didn't stop no call authorities. The bus runs on Saturday schedule all week. The buses are old and breakdown often. The stops don have cover from 20 mile he winds, rain, snow and heat 114 degree weather. Bonniville transit center is a shelter overnight/ everynight. The drivers are rude and only like the locals. The buses don't Stop boarding, when capacity is full. Vegas isn't for the everyday person
There should not be no arrivals for a bus that comes once an hour. I get you guys are short on drivers but come on! Cut the times for the downtown and strip buses not the local once an hour buses. 1/7/2022. The 2:50 bus didn’t show up. The 3:50 bus didn’t show up. The 4:50 bus completely disappeared from the schedule and the 5:50 bus shows up as “canceled”. I get you guys are short on drivers but why are you removing drivers from the routes that only come once an hour??? Take away Charleston bus drivers. The BHX. The deuce. Eastern.
We had quite a delay as our route was re routed to the bay for 108 and instead looped back that was apparently not 208 but 108 south so 1hr our of the way. Get it together rtc that wasted a whole pass had to buy another some people may be less fortunate than others and can't afford to buy another pass because of your misinformation. With being such a big part of las vegas and so many people depend on you should at the very least have correct information and more efforts need to be made towards conveying information policies updates on routes, etc. Your drivers should at the very least know the most recent updates on that route when they are the driver on that shift.
One of the worst transit systems in the country, buses will never show up, others will come way later than schedule. You can never plan your day using the bus in Las Vegas!!
Drivers are incompetent. Never on time and choose to sit at stops as if the people on the bus have no where to go. Rude as well and the company does nothing to address the issues
Driving behind bus 175 and back right tail light is not working, and most the lights on the back need to be replaced.
Terrible customer service for no 1 is concerned about the weather factors which are extreme.. Busses always late, if they show at all.. Usually end up buying passes & walking to my destinations bcuz delays are RIDICULOUS.. Very crowded due to busses not in service passing by during rush hour.. No reimbursement, no courtesy pass, nothing.. so don't expect a WELL-EARNED refund.. Consistently, waiting in 100°F+ for a bus, following an app that doesn't work apparently!! I've written, I've called, 2 mos later still NO RESULTS
For people that rely on the bus - the service is completely unreliable. It's ridiculous that the bus times have been reduced, and yet full price is still expected. I'm wondering if there's anything that can be done about lost wages due to tardies for employees that rely on the bus to get to work on time... It would be amazing if they would increase the salary for the bus drivers as perhaps an incentive to work and provide better service. I know that it's not the bus driver's fault that management is seriously lacking...
