Uh so I saw signs stating there was a drive thru ATM but when I pulled up to the bank I drove all around and there wasn’t one. Just a regular walk up atm with barely any cover so I got completely soaked in the rain while trying to handle business.
you can't get through, no matter reporting fraudulent charges, requesting a new ATM card, or moving money... they simply never answer the phone. after 12 years, we're changing banks because of the lack of customer service
This is the best Regions Branch in the whole chain. Daniel and company do a great job servicing our small business and makes this giant bank feel local.
It ate my card last night… and because I’m not a regions member I have to get a whole new card. Good job.
Very helpful people. I normally don't think of banks having friendly people but this one does
