Debbie L. is a very talented and an experienced stylist. She is a true artist! She colors my grey beautifully and my highlights are just gorgeous! Debbie always accommodates my wishes and my haircut turns out even better than what I had expected! She gives me great tips on how to style my hair too. I am so pleased with Debbie L! She cuts so well that even when it grows out, it's still beautiful. If you are looking for a stylist, you must ask for Debbie L! The rest of the staff are so friendly too! The salon is very clean and spacious with great products. Debbie L has recommended great products to use for my hair. Haven’t had my hair done since covid. Went in to my friends stylist for a total update and came out with a fabulous new look! So many compliments from people I don’t even know. Went back the next day to get the products she used on my hair and still got the 20% off with my hair services -even tho it was the next day. All the stylists were wearing masks so I felt very safe. The best haircut I've ever had!!! Never in my life has a stylist taken such time and care to make sure my hair looks amazing. I always enjoy my hair appointments at Regis with Maelyn. She gives the absolute best washes and scalp massage! And not only that, she has an eye for color! I get so many compliments on my hair, all thanks to Maelyn!

I have always came to Regis because my mom goes there to do her hair. I was expecting to leave happy because I knew exactly what I wanted and I had a picture of what I’m expecting to walk out with. I was Very unhappy when Monica dried my hair and it looked NOTHING like what I wanted and it made me break in tears... I never cried in my life about my hair but when I saw how ugly I looked with it I couldn’t help it. Ended up paying $320 for something I never asked for and they could not fix it at all that same day. Monica also said manager was not there so there was no one to even apologize for that horrible hair job.

I've just left this salon and I'm sad to say that when I walked in I felt so uncomfortable. Now why would I feel uncomfortable? If you guessed that I'm a women of color you are correct. Everyone just stared at me like I didn't belong there. The story doesn't end there. When I got to my stylist she didn't have enough time to do my hair so she let me know that she could start and someone else could finish, and to add the cherry on top she went on to say that in plus with everything you're getting it could be 45 for the cut, 40 for the deep condition and so on and so forth. Even though I never asked for the price but my interpretation was that I couldn't afford it. I felt so awful leaving this place, the worst that I've ever felt in my life.
