It's beautiful
They use reclaimed water and let the sprinklers run for days. It's quite annoying to see you so much water get wasted even if it is reclaimed they need somebody to look at their sprinkler system especially on the west side of their parking lot it's just sitting in puddles never absorbing into the Planters behind the Catholic Church.
I just ended my contract and they want me to bring the keys despite the situation of the virus outside. They don’t care if you’re doing self-quarantine or avoiding contact. All they care is to get their keys. I asked for consideration for at least a month when things get a little bit okay from the virus. Guess what, they don’t care. They’ll just charge you. Take your business elsewhere. Business as usual. No consideration company.
Be very careful to read the agreement! If circumstances should change, there is no way out of the agreement. You are locked in for 12 months and 3 yes three months before your agreement terminates, it will automatically renew itself 3 months before termination. Not sure why they can't go month to month, but they have to lock you in for the long haul in order to be profitable, doesn't matter if you continue to use the services or not! You will continue paying or go to credit reporting and collections and then legal. Meanwhile, everything will just keep on adding to the original bill that you no longer need. Just saying. If you just need postal services, you can get 6 months service for the price of one month with Regis. This was something I was wanting to keep to upgrade to office space, but with the lack of flexibility, I'm opting out. Hope this helps some one out there.
This is a very nice building with multiple entrances. There is a huge parking lot as well.
