Regus - Washington, Seattle - Lake Union

I was really surprised by how rude the receptionists here are. Story follows. There was a 70 year old man who's second (maybe third) language was english- he was having trouble with his Doordash app (their office is in this building.) He was asking me for help in the reception area. He told me that he'd been waiting for an hour when I got there. He asked the receptionist what was going on in broken english, and the receptionist blew him off, told him there was nothing he could do because he had already called the office once. It was 30 minutes later and the old man stepped out to get better service on his phone (they had poor cell service) and while he was out the receptionist called into the office and finally said that he had people waiting for him. I walked with the man to the office and asked the man if he knew he was out there for an hour and a half, and he had no idea. The receptionist never called in or even thought to confirm that he knew he had clients waiting. The receptionist also offered other guests water, tea, or coffee, but never offered that hospitality to the 70 year old man who had been waiting for an hour and a half. When I asked him why the man waited so long he said he called the office and it was out of his hands, that it was the office's fault. He had a crappy attitude. TL;DR The customer service at the receptionist desk here is awful.
