I visited this store on 3/2/21 at around 6:00pm . Every associate that saw me spoke and asked me did I need help. It was nice, it makes me want to go back. Keep up the great customer service.
I love this store!! They have everything that you need for the outdoors. I just purchased the Garmin Fenix 6 todaythey were the only store in Delaware to have it already.

Customer Service in the store is amazing. Quality of products, top notch. But expected a larger spectrum of choices in products.
Super helpful staff, greeted as you come into the store. Cleaning and sanitizing after each guest. Great products and selection.
Ethically, high-quality made clothing and gear. Clearance racks are REALLY marked down. Excellent customer service and all around welcoming atmosphere. Dressing rooms are currently closed due to Covid.

Manager was just plain rude. Went in wearing a mask but it wasnt completely covering my nose due to health conditions and not being able to breath. I kept my distance and he got in my face about it. Im done with REI.
Always a great place to shop at. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and super helpful. I took my brother there and they got him set up with a customized backpacking setup. From the rucksack, to the boots. Will always recommend REI.
