Relax Day Spa

Surprisingly different than the last cheaper massage spa in same location in the past. Just opened this location a couple weeks ago with calssy renovations and furniture. The higher prices come with amazing deep tissue massage that really helped my aching back. I found my new massage day spa. Lainey is amazing and worth every penny. Congrats on new business and I will be back, as I now tell everyone I know.

Great as always, but hooe they bring back the original mustard sauce, the new one is creamy and sweet

First time there with my spouse. Very friendly service. I had the deep tissue and my spouse had the Swedish massage. Both were good, decor was neutral, could use a little more updating, but for a fairly new business. I'd go back again.

What can I say, I had a really great experience at this day spa! This weekend I celebrated my birthday, and what better way to do it , but at Relax! Take a look online at what they offer and call if you need clarification! The front desk area was very helpful setting up appointments and accommodating a group of 4. The facial I received was thorough and the massage therapist was awesome! I left feeling really “relaxed”. The whole experience from scheduling to the experience was a breeze, no stress involved. And for such short notice, they were able to accommodate! I highly recommend. Support your local businesses and spend a day here!

2nd experience: I decided to treat my mother to a massage and bought a gift card. I set up the appointment with no problem. My mom shows up the day of only to realize they will not honor the gift card was purchased a few months from the date booked. My hard earned money wasted since gift card was not accepted. This is truly disheartening. I won't ever return here and have advised my family to steer clear of this place. I tried to address with the receptionist over the phone but this issue was never resolved, nor did I get my money back. I'm very disappointed. 1st experience: She was very kind and provided me with a good deep tissue massage. However I waited a while to be greeted when I first came into the shop I believe she was finishing up a massage which is fine. But during my massage someone came in and she left me to tend to them. I understand customer service is important and can be difficult to juggle at times but it would be best if there was another person at the front desk to handle walk ins or other situations that can interrupt massages already in progress.
