Ana was amazing. I had never used translation services as I never needed them before, but after doing a Yelp search I saw reliable translations. Although weary about doing business via email, I had a seriously important document to do and time crunch so I gave it a shot. From the moment I picked up the phone to request a quote Ana was 100% attentive, involved and went above and beyond to fulfill my requests. She even texted me updates throughout the entire process to keep me in the loop of the progress and at ease, and helped me find a price that would fit my budget. They charge 21c per word on a normal delivery time of 2-3 days and 27c per word on a rush same day delivery speed. I had an urgent deadline to meet, almost an impossible one and I was just thankful she was even able to consider meeting the deadline, and on top of that she did it BEFORE the time I needed it by. Wow! She was able to get a Japanese translator on my document on the same day of paying to finish by the end of the day. Not only that, but paying over the phone was a super easy process and she seriously didn't waste any time. The translator even saved my butt when she noticed I did a typo on a Japanese name and kindly corrected it for me to save time. I highly recommend them, they are able to do professional work in a day's deadline. I am super impressed by their services and will continue to use and recommend them for future needs.
