I've been going to remedy since it opened. I'm really happy that if you have an issue the manager will go out of their way to make things right. 99% of the time they do a great job. Excellent store inside and friendly curbside pickup.
Love Remedy Columbia! I’m a new patient and am in the learning stages of what’s what and the staff at Remedy really take the time to help you understand what you’re purchasing. Yesterday Remedy had a 40% of everything sale and were extremely busy and yet they maintained their professionalism without showing their customers that they were short staffed. This location has a waiting area that has beats and a few arcade games which makes you want to hang out for a few hours, lol. Patients are pleasant and engage one another which is nice. Thank you to all staff at Remedy Columbia!

I’m becoming more and more disappointed with this place. I go here because of the sales but it’s frustrating that nearly half the sale items are always sold out even before they have opened. Why offer items for preorder if you do not have them available? This wouldn’t be a big deal if this was a random occurrence but this is almost every other day. Why advertise what you don’t have or when you get to the store you have to remind them of the sales and what’s offered or else you will not get it and if you call back they say it will get fixed but they never know what happened and pretty much tell you sorry and we’ll do better in the future.
I don't shop here anymore. They constantly forget to apply discounts and sell light weights. Then it takes a half hour for them to correct. When I complained, the manager told me to visit when I had more time and wished me the best of luck at another dispensary. So I went elsewhere and realized that no other place operates this way.
Sarah was so friendly, polite & knowledgeable. She has such a great personality & made me want to refer all my friends here. I love this place!
I consistently have a great experience at Remedy. I don’t come in often, but am always treated like a regular. Everyone is so knowledgeable and kind. Morgan was the last person who helped me and was phenomenal. I was greeted my Laura, who was also very helpful and gracious.
I have been going here for about 2 years. They have always been professional and courteous and fast. But recently they hired a new tender who makes the rest look slow - Trevor. I cannot say enough good about Trevor. He's always professional and clearly cares about his customers. PS Steph also needs a shout-out
Remedy is the best dispensary within 10 miles of Columbia, the staff here is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and wont hesitate to answer any questions asked of them. The product is always fresh, effective and with the daily sales they have; AFFORDABLE!! Frequent shoppers are rewarded with points and sometimes even a hook-up here and there. My man Trevor hooked me up with a free chillum and even an explanation on how to use it. Now I don't have to burn so many papers. Thanks Trev! You're the best! I'll be coming back here often!
this is the BEST dispensary i have ever been to! staff is always nice, they have a great selection and they are so reasonable in price!!! 0 complaints!
