I had my wedding lehenga skirt worn by South Asian brides altered here. The fabric is heavily embroidered with tiny mirrors embedded in the cloth, and I needed her to cut open a seam, remove a couple of inches of fabric and sew it back together. I was nervous because the job was difficult. But she knew exactly what to do with it. She charged $80 for slight modifications to the straps on the top and for the big job on the skirt. I think given how complex the fabric was this was is a reasonable price. She also added on some extra decorations tassels on the top of the blouse at my request for no extra charge. First time going, very nice people working there. They seem to do a good job with the cleaning of my garments. Sadly how it was packed is why I’m reviewing and hopefully preventing it happening to others. A pleaded skirt of mine had two safety pins put in them to secure it to a hanger. The skirt is very delicate material and it shouldn’t have much stress weighing it down with the pins. It damages the silk. The more troubling issue is that there was paper tags stapled right onto my skirts original tag. Leaving it frayed having to take the staples off. A lot of people care about this especially when working with designer clothes. Going forward make sure you specify that you don’t want tagging. This cleaners claim to be eco friendly so I was surprised that they even use the extra metal when tagging.

I brought a favorite sunny yellow top here to be cleaned. When I came to pick it up, the color was dull, faded, and they had no explanation for how that could have happened. Their only proposed remedy was to clean it again After I left I noticed that it kind of smelled like laundry detergent. Maybe they washed it? We may never know. They didn’t charge me for “cleaning” the top, but I can’t trust them with any of my other clothes. Still looking for a good dry cleaner if you have any recs.

Very professional and friendly service. They've altered and dry-cleaned a few items for me and my friends, including dresses, suits, and a velvet jumpsuit, with great results. Jenny has also altered my wedding dress, which was a complicated project since it is covered in lace! When I first brought it in she gave me a very detailed estimate and explained each step she would take to take it in, hem it, and add a bustle. Her price was reasonable and matched what the bridal shop said those alterations should cost. She's done a beautiful job and I can't wait to wear it! Pictures to come after the wedding!

Jenny skillfully tailored an off-the-rack, 2-sizes-too-big wedding dress for me within a month's time in September last year, and I can testify to this woman's finesse, ease to work with, and extremely fair pricing. The dress I bought was an upscale one at Macy's with an intricate lace with literally thousand beads work. It was too big for me and had a few sites where it was damaged, but I was pressed for time and they had a sale that made the dress very affordable that I couldn't pass on it. Having bought the dress, I took it to three different tailor shops, but Jenny was the one who gave the best price for all the work that needed to be done and had the experience and confidence to say that she could do all the intricate work on it. My mom and I both felt like we could trust her, and her work did not disappoint. I had my dress dry-cleaned as well after the wedding, and my mom also got her dress altered here for the wedding. I can't recommend Jenny and her services enough, and would strongly suggest that all brides give her a call and go in for a consultation at least.
